Professional Real Estate Experience: 

As a Multi-MILLION DOLLAR PRODUCER,  QUALIFYING BROKER, e-PRO (electronic marketing Professional), ABR (Accredited  Buyer's Representative)  GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute)  4 year College Graduate, Real Estate Press Top Producer and the #1 Producing Agent in all of New Mexico and West Texas with Exit Realty 2005, 2006 and 2007, I have been helping buyers and sellers realize their Real Estate dreams.  I am an accomplished negotiator and have experience in all facets of Real Estate and business.  I deal with investors, home sellers, home buyers, and corporations looking to lease commercial space.  There is no facet of Real Estate that I cannot professionally approach. I have been involved in Real Estate one way or another in Las Cruces since 1992, when at the age of 25 formed my own property management company called Harrison Properties, Inc. and purchased 2 large commercial real estate parcels and immediately leased them.  My real estate portfolio has grown over the years to include owning and managing 5 multiplexes (quad apartments) 2 oil change facilities which are leased to Jiffy Lube, 4 houses in two states and 2 other large commercial parcels.  As a Qualifying Broker, I have been helping buyers and sellers negotiate the best prices and situations possible.  I am a full time, professional Realtor and have closed over $44 Million worth of property for my clients since Jan 2005.  I have owned 4 seperate small businesses in Las Cruces since 1992 and bring 100% of my real estate experience as a Realtor and commercial and residential landlord to work for you.  I was a Mortgage Loan Officer with ALTA financial.  I know you will appreciate working with a Realtor that understands both ends of a Real Estate transaction.  I PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.

Military Experience:   After graduating from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Regular Army Commission in the United States Army as a Second Lieutenant, I was assigned to Attack Helicopter Training at Fort Rucker Alabama in 1989.  It was at Fort Rucker that I learned to fly the UH-1 Huey and learned to fly and fight with the AH-1 Cobra attack helicopter.  I graduated as an army aviator in May of 1990 and was assigned to Fort Bliss Texas as the Aero Weapons Platoon Leader of Nomad Troop, 4th Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment.  I was deployed to Saudi Arabia to participate in the 1st Gulf War in September 1990 and flew numerous combat attack helicopter missions in support of Operation Desert Storm.  I was awarded the Meriorious Service Medal, the Air Medal and numerous other awards for my service in support of the mission.

During the next 4 years I served as Aero Weapons Platoon Leader, and Squadron S-1.  I graduated from the Aviation Officers Basic Course, the Aviation Officers Advanced Course and the U.S Army's Rotary Wing Aviation Course.  After attaining the rank of Captain and graduation from the Aviation Officers Advanced Course at Fort Rucker I left the Service to pursue life in the civilian sector and to spend more time with my wife Sherri'.  I have a FAA Commercial Rotorcraft pilots license with an Instrument designation to fly for hire in IFR conditions. If any of you have similar military backgrounds or like to share war stories I'd love to talk with you about that seperately.

Outside Interests:  
More than anything I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and 3 daughters.  We enjoy camping and going to the lake boating.  I enjoy hiking in the Gilas and all sorts of outdoor activities including water skiing, snow skiing and motorcycle riding.  The climate here in Las Cruces is excellent all year round and I am sure you will come to love it here as much as I do.
